With only one day left to our concert, we are introducing our last member of Class of '18, Vice-President of HGC Andy Secondine! Andy is a Dunster House resident studying Social Studies.
"I love to sing and I wanted to join a choir in college. HGC seemed like a great community and I really have found my home here. My favorite piece in our repertoire is Hana Wa Saku. After seeing how much it meant to the people of Koriyama and in Japan generally, I can't not love it. It also sounds pretty."
"In terms of tour experience, I loved drinking holy water and wandering around Kiyomizu temple with Ben and Jay. It was awesome to be in an ancient and beautiful place with some of my best friends.Tour was an amazing experience and I just want to say thank you to everyone who made it possible."
With an amazing repertoire including Hana Wa Saku lined up, we looking forward to seeing you in Sander Theater tomorrow at 8pm! Get your ticket at boxoffice.harvard.edu now or purchase at the door tomorrow before our concert! ...
A Tenor 1 singer, Constantin Arnscheidt is a junior in Currier House studying Physics. He loves to hate atonality, and hates to love HGC's collective sense of humor.
"I joined HGC almost exclusively for the Renaissance polyphony, hence it's not a surprise that 'Sicut Cervus' is one of my favorite pieces in HGC. My favorite tour memory is getting to do some spectacular hikes in Taiwan and Kyoto, and the after-party gig Glee Club Lite did in Tokyo. I genuinely believe that joining the Glee Club was the single best decision I made in my time at Harvard."
"I also love 'Shall I compare thee' because the tenor melody is incredibly beautiful, and Mogamigawa Funauta, for reasons that you'll understand if you come to our concert."
With less than 48 hours till our Tour Homecoming concert, you may reserve your ticket at boxoffice.harvard.edu! Tickets will also be available at the door. See you in Sanders Theater! ...
